Another Year Has Passed

Last night was pretty quiet. I didn’t celebrate the passing of the old year with spanking fireworks like I did last year, as I’ve been having a lot on my mind recently. There have been a lot of changes in my life that didn’t pertain to spanking, though I have welcomed most of them. There have been some changes, though, that I’m still trying to get used to, and hoping to deal with affectively. Here’s a sampling of what I remember from the past year.

I remember coaxing Cookie to move closer to me, only a few blocks away. I remember her family moving in with Joyce and me for a while when times were tough for them. I remember later moving out with them for another home, though still staying close to Joyce.

I remember getting Cookie to come out of her shell, testing her at Leelee’s parties. I remember holding her hand through her first spanking from someone other than me, and winning the “Spank the Heart” contest with a glowing heart that encompassed her entire bottom.

I remember taking Cookie to Texas and attending my fourth Texas AllState Spanking Party in San Antonio. I remember sightseeing downtown with Cookie prior to attending the party, and showing off my spanking clothes in the process. I had a lot of fun at that party, including an interesting session with a young lady named Sarah which included things other than spanking. I remember meeting Todd and Suzy for the first time, and how she got her first spanking from me by handing me a paddle to look at. I’m eagerly looking forward to the upcoming party in March, and will be posting information about it in one of next week’s posts.

I remember a spanking get-together with Todd and Suzy, and spanking Suzy, Cookie and Joyce as they stood side by side. Hopefully, we’ll be able to have some more meetings like this early in the new year.

My blog was a big part of my year. I added a hit tracker in April, and finally got to watch my visits grow with each new effort I partook. I also added affiliates for the first time, gaining my first real income from spanking. I took part in a virtual book tour, and added a lot of new features.

I remember meeting Jessi, and spanking her behind a tree. It wasn’t the most glamorous of first spanks, but it was still really fun.

I remember meeting another newbie, who made my Spanksgiving complete. If she ever comes back down to Tampa, again, I hope that I’ll see her, again.

I remember a constantly growing family as Cookie’s children became more and more my own. I remember the good and the bad, whether pride when they do well or disappointment when they do wrong. I remember, just a short while ago, her oldest daughter coming to live with us for the first time. I’m still iffy about how this is going to work, but I’m hopeful.

That’s the year in a nutshell. As I enter the new year, I have some reservations about some of my future. Yes, my affiliates are slowly growing, but money concerns have continued to grow. Sometime over the next few weeks, we’ll likely be moving, again. I hope that our next residence will be permanent, but I’m not so sure that it will be the case. In any case, you can count on me to alert my readers to anything that happens, good or bad.
