Cookie recently received an email from Bonnie at My Bottom Smarts about a yearly event that she arranges between spanking bloggers. This is her third straight year for coordinating the “Love Our Lurkers” event, which takes the focus away from the regular readers that comment on our blogs, and encourages our silent visitors to step up and introduce themselves.
Considering the large number of visitors that I receive each day, but the comparatively low number of comments left by those visitors, it seemed like a very appropriate occasion to take part in. While the invitation wasn’t directed at me, there was an open invite for spanking bloggers to take part. So, I joined in with the hundreds of spanking bloggers who will also be celebrating their quiet readers today.
So, to all of my lurkers, here is your chance to shine. Just take a moment to comment to this post, perhaps introducing yourself, or just a quick hello to let us know that you’re out there. Then, stop by Bonnie’s blog to leave a comment, and visit the other blogs who are taking part. All participating blogs will be listed, so there will be plenty of reading for our loving lurkers.

I believe I qualify as a lurker. Haha...I may have commented once before, but that may have been under "anonymous" before I got a google account, I'm just not entirely sure.
I found your blog via myspace (I'm in some of the same groups as you and Cookie) and began reading your blog shortly after you met her in real life and have been silently pulling for you guys since. Your lifestyle is very intriguing to me. Not all of it is "my thing" but it is different enough to cause me to want to read all about it.
Anyhow, I don't always read your blog on a daily basis but I do more often than not.

Wow, Jenny, you've been following the blog for some time. It's almost been a year and a half since I first met Cookie in early May of last year.
I'll admit I took breaks reading here and there...so I'm not some crazy silent online stalker or anything, haha. I just remember when you first met her and she was I believe an hour away? You'd go out of your way to meet her and would meet in your own special spot in the woods and for some odd reason it seemed sweet to me...perhaps in a non-conventional way but still...haha. Ugh, I'm rambling. ;)
